Citizen's Pell Bridge Run

Newport Gateway Center October 19, 2025

The fourteenth annual Citizens Pell Bridge Run will be held on Sunday, October 19, 2025 at 7:15 AM. Starting in Jamestown and finishing in downtown Newport, this point-to-point event is open to runners and walkers of all ages and speeds! The 4-mile road race and walk is the only day of the year pedestrians are permitted to cross the famous Newport Pell Bridge. Gather your friends and family for a day of fun, fitness and stunning views!

Ragged Island Brewing Co. October 28, 2025

A fun fall book fair where guests will sip local small batch brews while browsing for new reads in the brewery barn! Local independent purveyor Charter Books will generously be donating a percentage of sales. The evening will feature a book fair, games, food, drink and a raffle with exciting prizes and local experiences.

Dinner for 2 Anywhere in the World

Bristol Rotary Club November 17, 2025

Sponsored by the Rotary Club of Bristol, the “Dinner for 2 Anywhere in the World” fundraiser presents a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for the lucky winner to enjoy a dinner for two at their dream destination, valued at $10,000. The prize includes round-trip airfare, hotel accommodations, and dinner reservations at a restaurant of the winner’s choice, all arranged through AtlantiVacations. All proceeds from the fundraiser will directly support the Women’s Resource Center and the Bristol HEZ School-based Family Services.
