Wish List Donation Items
Survivors often leave abusive situations with little to no belongings, and donations of essential items help them start fresh. Our wish list includes basic necessities, household goods, and childcare supplies that provide immediate comfort and stability.

Items That Support Survivors and Their Families
Old Smart Phones, Cell Phones, and Tablets – These are recycled to benefit the WRC’s programs. Dropbox locations: 42 Spring St, Suite 15, Newport & 624 Main St, Warren, RI
Gift Cards – Always the perfect size, culturally supportive, and empowers survivors with the gift of choice: Stop & Shop, Walmart, Pharmacies, Fuel Stations, Uber/Lyft

- Hand soap, bar soap and body wash
- Moisturizers and skin products

- Cold and allergy medication
- Shampoo and conditioner (travel sizes accepted!)
- Menstrual products
Bedding (must be new)
- TWIN bed sheets and pillowcases
- Mattress protectors
- Blankets, comforters and quilts
Dropping Off Your Donations

You can also drop off items 24/7 at our Warren location – 624 Main Street (enclosed back porch). Note your name, address, and email to receive an acknowledgment for your gift. Wishlist items only, no dumping please!
We are unable to accept donations of the following items, but suggest the following:
Used clothing: You can still benefit the WRC by placing your bagged items (used clothing and shoes) in the green Big Brothers Big Sisters donation bin located behind our office at 624 Main St., Warren, RI. The textiles will be recycled, instead of going to the landfill, and the WRC will receive a portion of the proceeds.
Used toys, stuffed animals, books, car seats, baby items and furniture: To connect with other organizations and individuals in need, visit FreeCycle.org.
